Friday, July 15th

5:00 pm Set up. ***NOTE: Do not set-up before 5:00 pm
A Tye-Dye station will be set-up tonight for those who want to prepare their new AFR shirts on Saturday.
***If you have an ironing board and iron please bring it along.

Saturday, July 16th (See Sandy to buy raffle tickets through-out the day.)

9:00 am - Registration. See Donna and Lloyd to sign in, pay dues, and update information.

9:00-12:00 - Games - This is a great favorite for the younger children. Organized by Emily and Indya (with help by Merle). *** Gather on the front porch of the Lodge. The Tye-Dye Station will also be set-up during this time.
***NOTE: The usual Family Lunch has been changed to a Family Dinner this year in celebration of our 45th Reunion!!

2:00-4:00 - Auction and Dessert Auction. Our esteemed auctioneers request that you bring your “cool” and still useable items for them to auction off.
IMPORTANT: This is a major part of our fundraising for the Reunion.

2:00 - Horseshoe Tournament—meet at the horseshoe pit at 2:00

5:00 - Family Dinner!!! The Reunion will provide Chicken, Steak, Baked Potato, Corn on the Cob. IMPORTANT: Please bring a dish to contribute to fill out the table: salads and desserts.
***NOTE - This is a Family Dinner, so expect to eat together. We will set up tables for this group meal.

8:00 pm - 12:00 am - Saturday Night Dance!

9:30 pm - Raffle and Family Gifts (Oldest, Newest, Farthest Travelled).

Sunday , July 17th

8:00-10:00 - Family Breakfast

10:00-12:00 - Watermelon Scramble

12:00-5:00 - If you do not need to drive out of state, feel free to enjoy the park until 5:00

Please pitch in to clean up the lodge and the grounds. We always try to leave it cleaner than we found it and more hands = less work.

No under-age drinking and NO Smoking in the lodge or on the porch. Please put butts in containers.
